The Reliance Foundation was founded in August 2016 to help Victorians in need. Our connection with the local communities we serve runs deep within our company’s culture, and we are active and passionate about delivering meaningful responses to the needs of worthwhile causes. The Reliance Foundation was established in 2016 to provide a platform for staff to contribute to local charity's and since its inception has received a heart-warming response from all recipients.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
On a regular basis the Foundation committee meets to distribute and brainstorm where they can positively assist within the local and broader community.
Donation requests are open to submission on a monthly and quarterly basis to allow an opportunity for everyone to receive assistance.

LEVELS OF FUNDING:
You can apply for different levels of funding, per yearly quarter.
Level 1: $3000
Level 2: $1500
Level 3: $500
You can also apply for event sponsorship, volunteers or smaller project assistance.

APPLICATIONS OPEN: 1st of June 2018.
APPLICATIONS CLOSE: 31st of August 2018.
Please note, successful applicants will be contacted early September upon Foundation Committee Meeting.

STAFF INVOLVEMENT
Funding for Reliance Foundation is provided by the salary sacrifice of the Reliance team. The Foundation is run by a committee of employees who encourage
all staff to be proactive in their involvement, identifying particular causes and organisations that they wish to support.
Alongside financial assistance, the team are encouraged to participate and organize charity events such as fun runs, casual dress days and other social events.


INDUSTRY RECOGNITION
The Foundation has been nominated by the 2018 Australasian Real Estate Results Network as Finalist in the Agency Community Involvement Award.
